Which does kinda line up of what we have already. PT - deal with the Empire usurping the Republic OT Deals with the New Republic defeating the Empire ST deals with the resistance taking down the New order Anything else can be a TV series or a comic book. ParanoidObsessive 04/08/23 4:03:31 AM #5:	They fucked up the sequels so badly, at this point they'd be better off telling smaller, self-contained stories the way they did with Rogue One (sort of). But that also opens the door to having the problems Solo had. Personally I kind of wish they'd just shove Star Wars into the Disney Vault and let it die for 15 years. Then when they drag it out again everyone will be excited for it again (and hopefully by then they'll have managed to find people who are actually capable of writing). And in the meantime they can go back and make another Tron movie like they were supposed to before they decided they didn't need other sci-fi franchises once they had Star Wars. Star Wars is best when the thirst for it is at its zenith every 10 years or so. It very quickly becomes oversaturated if there's too much in your face.
