| Topic | Question for people who sell/have sold items on eBay |
| LeonhartFour 04/30/23 4:07:28 PM #1: | Not sure if this has happened to anyone here, but I sold a game on there this last week, and it was damaged in transit (and pretty clearly the carrier's fault. There's a tread mark on it that looks like it was either run over by something or got crunched in a conveyor belt). I've never had this happen before, so I'm not sure what my recourse is here beyond offering a refund to the buyer (which I've already done). Is there any way I can get reimbursed for the price of the item or at least the price of shipping from either eBay or the USPS?
