I have a hard time thinking of any other business that operates in such a fashion, but realistically what options do you have? There are really only three companies who ship stuff for person to person purposes and they all have about the same degree of reliability and responsibility. Sorry for your misfortune Leonhart. BTW, what game was it? Edit: If you do sell anything else on ebay in the future make sure to take pictures or video showing how you packed it and the fact that it was intact in the first place. Even if you do insure it, they may reject your claim for lack of sufficient evidence. Then you'll be out the item and the insurance cost.
