Then she sent me on a quest to Hateno Village to speak to those guys in the lab. I was able to set a portal in front of the lab after I finished upgrading my state. Is it possible to do that for other towns? Getting back to places like Zora's Domain seems like a pain. Eventide Island treasure chest glitch. You probably can't do that right now though due to needing to beat it first.
