Right before I did a modest test of strength and I beat the boss pretty easily. But major test sounds scary and I only have 4 hearts. I was going to do that but it feels too much like cheating. At least with the deer mini game it costs arrows and I have to put effort into killing / selling the meat. Probably hard for 4 hearts only. I have no problem only because I maxed out an armor set so if I get hit I don't take much damage unless I get hit by the laser.
