I lean towards believing MZeros claim because it not only has synergy with reds role, but mine as well. MZero should not be viewed as town confirmed by any means (of course) but he should also not be a lynch priority right now and MZero, assuming youre town you should always be targeting me.

I dont have a problem with a lynch on ctes but we should not do that today. Because I am a regular watcher I assume scum has a ninja. If they do I would suspect they are separate from the strongman role, which we know scum has because death visited red and red still died (I know I said something to the contrary earlier but I genuinely do think either scum has no ninja or its separate from strongman). If Mzero is town, either scum has a ninja strongman or Chris is scum. I believe the latter.
Why would Chris breadcrumb protection? According to him, he did it for shits and giggles because hes an arrogant smartass. Personally, I dont think alluding to being protection unnecessarily aligns with being a top mafia player. Note that Chris didnt give us anything really clever to hint at being armorer specifically, just generic protection allusions like a Doctor Who quote. I think scum realized getting rid of red was a priority so they rolled the dice with their strongman and Chris knew if there was a watcher, he would be seen, so he tried to cover by hinting at being protection. He was vague enough so his bread crumbing could fit whatever actual town protection was revealed through the course of the game, and didnt get close to making any concrete claims as to allow himself plausible deniability. And of course, Chris doesnt have to worry about scum picking up on his little hints and lynching him the way town Chris would. Add in the unlikelihood of Chris role giving away bulletproof vests like candy and Chris being too busy to catch up and make some reads beyond town clearing sultan at a glance and being pro-Death lynch.
Why Chris before ctes? If Chris is scum strongman, if scum gets an extra kill I think its very possible its an if you make it to night x you get an extra kill/power up kind of scenario. Basically, I worry scum does have motive to keep Chris alive longer.
if Chris flips town, MZero and peaf become higher lynch priorities (I dont think Death, peaf and Chris roles coexisting makes sense). If theres no scum ninja, peaf makes a lot more sense with my role (you cant protect the watcher without hindering their power).
If Chris flips scum, we lynch ctes next. I think its very possible Chris jumped on the ctes lynch train as early as possible knowing he will flip scum and its time to distance. If I was Chris and I was town, Id be voting for peaf.

Ctes and Chris are both still scum.
Chris and Peaf are claims at odds. Peaf has someone specifically that can verify his commuter half of his claim already which thus makes Peaf true. (As well as being roleblocked).
Deaths flip cements these both don't exist together.
Chris claim is basically that the end game could have 4 people unkillable for scum basically or what not if he keeps giving vests to people not shot and the game goes long. I understand he will probably claim 2 uses or whatever, but still.
I don't know if Chris dying first or ctes matters tho.
So let's look at this. If Chris handed out a vest night 1 to red, which he says they don't use night of. That's 1 vest gone already. None out for night 2. Night 2 he targets????. Night 3 again no kill. But, okay, why was there no kill night 2? No doctor. No vests out. This is 1 conclusion. Peaf was targeted. He commuted. This was verified by death who is now flipped town.
Thus peaf is legitimate.
No kill night 3. There is only 3 options. Chris vest from night 2. Ctes targeted by scum. Ctes put in night kill.
I guess the question is if ctes would put in the kills over Chris. And, you would think no right? Chris is spent strongman and is going to try and claim protection to try and stay alive so needs to keep moving. But... there is a but... now that we know there is a FULL TIME WATCHER (WAY TO NOT CLAIM INFO PERTINENT TO THE GAME). We know that scum probably has a full time ninja then also.
So why would ctes have put the kill in? He is a ninja that can't be seen.
