Not everyone has cool friends that are willing to explain certain things. I understand not teaching it to toddlers (Which is why that typically doesn't happen), but it makes no fucking sense to me how parents can just decide to ban teaching one of the most fundamental facts of life to older children. Them knowing about their body is more important than some bullshit "purity" parents think they're entitled to.
