Heart rate came back down to normal, hands and feet are still clammy and my stomach is upset. Third time in a row, this. The last two times it was so bad I called the ambulance. Spent some time in the ER. Was told nothing was wrong. Felt like a moron, but last time they gave me some medication to tide me over until I could set up an appointment with a psychiatrist and get long term help Tonight, almost survived without calling the ambulance. Succumbed (succame?) to my fear, but did manage to tell them "im very sorry. I think I'll be fine. You dont have to come." They insisted to come anyway, checked my vitals. Im fine, didnt go to the hospital. Feel like a moron. Idk whats triggering this shit. I just wake up in the middle of the night with my body freaking the fuck out. I just want to sleep. The warnings for ativan are kinda scary. Dont think Ive ever taken benzos before. Dont want to stay on this any longer than i absolutely have to. >_> Still kinda spooked, now Im rambling about the experience on CE while trying to distract myself with star trek reruns on Pluto tv. <_< --- Lusa Cfaad Taydr ...
