Woooooooah Black Betty Ativan Nah but seriously im so pissed. Well, as pissed as I can be. Mostly just feeling kinda sick and scared. Heart rate came back down to normal, hands and feet are still clammy and my stomach is upset. Third time in a row, this. The last two times it was so bad I called the ambulance. Spent some time in the ER. Was told nothing was wrong. Felt like a moron, but last time they gave me some medication to tide me over until I could set up an appointment with a psychiatrist and get long term help Tonight, almost survived without calling the ambulance. Succumbed (succame?) to my fear, but did manage to tell them "im very sorry. I think I'll be fine. You dont have to come." They insisted to come anyway, checked my vitals. Im fine, didnt go to the hospital. Feel like a moron. Idk whats triggering this shit. I just wake up in the middle of the night with my body freaking the fuck out. I just want to sleep. The warnings for ativan are kinda scary. Dont think Ive ever taken benzos before. Dont want to stay on this any longer than i absolutely have to. >_> Still kinda spooked, now Im rambling about the experience on CE while trying to distract myself with star trek reruns on Pluto tv. <_< --- Lusa Cfaad Taydr ... You need to talk with a real doctor. Your general practitioner - etc. Like......today. Im actually not taking any meds except the newly prescribed ativan, tonight was my first dose. They told me "dont take it unless youre having a panic attack" so I actually just took it 30 minutes ago lol. Ekgs, blood and artery tests, and chest xray all came back perfectly healthy. I had a panic attack myself a year ago when my dysphoria got overwhelming. Normally, I put a pillow in shirt to alleave the uneasiness, but it wasn't going away and I called 911 because I couldn't take it anymore. They found I had an elevated heart rate and thankfully after talking with sympathetic nurses and doctors I managed to calm down. My family still doesn't get whole gist of it to this day. They don't know what it is like to hate your body yet don't even try to understand the feeling... --- (She/Her) Succubus, succubus, er...something...I don't care anymore. <3 Video Game IGN: Nyobe.
