| DementedDurian 05/22/23 1:45:29 PM #4: | I had a panic attack myself a year ago when my dysphoria got overwhelming. Normally, I put a pillow in shirt to alleave the uneasiness, but it wasn't going away and I called 911 because I couldn't take it anymore. They found I had an elevated heart rate and thankfully after talking with sympathetic nurses and doctors I managed to calm down. My family still doesn't get whole gist of it to this day. They don't know what it is like to hate your body yet don't even try to understand the feeling... --- (She/Her) Succubus, succubus, er...something...I don't care anymore. <3 Video Game IGN: Nyobe.
