masterpug53 05/23/23 1:22:24 PM #7:	Yeah, Storm Dragon is one of the toughest of the 8 dragons (ironic, since that's the one you're likely to encounter first). Thunder Shields and Aegis Shields help immensely (you should have one of each by the time you reach him); otherwise have Celes and Setzer use their best lightning magic while Sabin and Edgar pummel it with their usual heavy-hitting attacks.
