Trump is still leading the polls, but there's an ever growing chance he could be behind bars by the time of the election, and Biden already smoked him.

To say DeSantis got off to a tepid start would be a gross understatement, but he's still the #2 choice in the GQP. His hyper partisan and authoritarian policies are only going to appeal to conservatives though, and that shit won't fly in a national election. It doesn't help that most of his policies have blown up in his face, or are being blocked by judges anyways. The Trump MAGA crowd hates him.

Pence is third currently, and...lol. MAGA crowd also hates him.

A legit from-left field dark horse like Bergam or something could end up with the nomination, but it will be a clown show.

Back on the topic at hand, this is extremely bad for Trump. The indictment is airtight, and carry heavy charges.

Sometimes I still can't believe Trump became President. He is just breathtakingly dumb.
