Those kind of restrictive diets suck. If you go on a diet that you don't plan to be on for the rest of your life, the weight will not magically stay off. Eating only meat is an arbitrary restriction that doesn't ensure you are getting proper amounts of macronutrients, and it makes getting the right amount of micronutrients pretty much impossible. Most people are going to feel like shit on that diet and aren't going to want to exercise, the other part of the formula for successful weight loss.
