You can change an artwork of Cerebella showing most of her panties to some of her panties but....she's still showing her panties. What is ultimately being accomplished here? I don't care about the nazi lookalikes losing the obvious nazi armband. I care about them for some reason wanting to not show the dirty cops being dirty cops in Big Band's story.
