Because it contains things that are objectionable IRL? It's a work of fiction, not reality. If we're not allowed to have fictional depictions of things that are wrong, then this entire game should just be erased. It's a fighting game. Fighting is bad. Guns are bad. Misuse of medical equipment is bad.
