I believe the biggest L from the SC is allowing businesses to refuse service to LGBTQ individual. This opens a whole can of worms for businesses to refuse service to not only them, but to all Americans. If you're American you deserve to be treated like any other American period. Discrimination should not be allowed in any capacity.

Student loan forgiveness. This is the only lukewarm decision they made. We already decided that big cooperations can get bailouts. So their reasoning behind their decision was dumb. However, if the President can't make that amount of money disappear so be it. Just take the decision to Congress and hopefully they get it right

Affirmative action. I get what they were trying to do, but America as a whole is not ready to drop affirmative action. We have tons of racial issues that have yet to be resolved and affirmative action is one tool to try and equalize racial inequality. Had we not had Trumps dumb rhetoric that emboldened racists we may have been in a place to get rid of affirmative action right now. In this timeline, that's not the case.
