Topic | Any recs for flatbed scanners that are high quality but aren't super expensive? |
MabusIncarnate 07/05/23 6:46:06 PM #5: | I think it would do fine for that, you can use a real basic, free editing program like GIMP to improve the contract and saturation also. I do a lot of printing, laminating, menu making, and all kinds of local projects like stuff for the elementary school football team. In my opinion, when it comes to scanning, there isn't a real drastic difference in quality, and for what you need it for, I think this one will be fine. They make a very thin, inexpensive non-glossy photo paper, you can get like 50 sheets for ten bucks on Amazon, and it's perfect for printing stuff like this, if you ever decide you want some copies. --- "They speak of progress, in red, white and blue.
