Topic	Any of you here believe that on avg. american cops are the worst?

It seems like everyone I talk to has at least one story about the cops being completely ineffectual or downright terrible. And for some reason, the darker somebody's skin is, the more stories they have about having terrible experiences of being harassed by cops. If there are worse cops out there in a first world country, that's honestly fucking terrifying. --- Don't make a belt out of watches.
