In the video the car is in the pullover lane with the hazard lights on driving quite a while. Where was the kid supposed to be? I know the whole 'kid is used as bait' is a big urban legend kind of story but it doesn't make sense to do that next to a busy motorway like that. I guess we'll see if we'll hear anything else.
