Topic	Owning a house is expensive as fuck. Renters have it lucky.

I bought a 600sq ft house because I knew I'd be able to afford repairs and etc for something this size. I use a 12000 BTU window AC and it cools the entire house Sure, but it seems TC can afford it, but it still sucks. It cuts into other things he could afford or savings.
