Celine has better damage typing overall but Leon has spells that hit specific bosses extra hard due to them having rare weakness elements (like Water). If you're willing to push the game to its limits, though, Leon is one HELL of a DPS enabler by having the highest damage potential combo-spells in the game. Please expound upon this. I remember in the last SO2 game I played I picked him over Celine and I remember liking his overall kit more, bit I didn't notice that big a difference in damage between the two. --- This rant was brought to you by your local random thinker.
