| CoyoteTheGreat 08/09/23 1:29:08 PM #3: | Essentially, what would have happened is her sodium levels would have fallen too low because of all that water. You may very well of chugged more, but you also might have had more sodium to begin with, or maybe you also drank a sports drink.
It isn't really the water itself, it is the sodium imbalance.
