You and I both know he doesn't factor restraint into anything he does. His objective is to poison the very legal legal indictments by poisoning the public against the notion of holding him accountable. He also loves insulting and tearing people apart in front of a camera. Live primary debates is his best opportunity to do that.

At least, that's one way I see it. I also see Trump having no interest because he's so far ahead of everybody else there's no real point.

That's why I think Pence being there would be something irresistible for him because he gets to tear into him and then claim it's political speech, which he's constantly testing the degree the court will hold his speech accountable, so it's totally something he'd do.

I see it like this, he'll just hold a rally where he can talk all he wants for 2 hours and not be interrupted, rather than try to grandstand in a debate and get shut down and challenged.
