Sincerely, good for you. What is your goal weight? Depends on how much more muscle I want to build still. Getting down to 180 or so but adding some more muscle. Going to probably focus on upper body strength. but thanks! Wanna make sure I can maintain a steady weight. I lost 75 lbs in 2021, and have kept that off since. Finally got very into long distance running which helps a ton.
