You lost about 2.8 lbs per week, not that extreme from 220 lbs. Probably pretty close to a well planned, long cut of a boxer. Sticking to a diet is certainly not easy! hardly was tracking calories and def havent been tracking protein. Probably have had 1200-1500 calories a day. Maybe less some days. Would have neat most dinners, but not usually giant portions or anything. Sometimes would have a protein bar after a run that had 12g protein lol --- !!!!!!!!! http://i.imgur.com/DzJSPWA.jpg ...
