If you're playing Paladin then you can cover frontline attack and dialogue. Gale can do offensive casting, and then shadowheart for support casting. Then honestly you could maybe make Astarion work as long as you don't care about his approval too much. Otherwise you'll need to respec someone else for utility.

If you still want to respec shadowheart for utility for whatever reason you could do that and Gale or wyll for support casting while the other stays offensive casting. But it would probably be better to just keep her as support casting and respec someone else into utility.

I'm not sure why I recommended Wyll at first in that group besides his generally good nature. Sorry, I'm still kinda new to this and someone else could probably help a lot better.
