terrible. Ptsd + thyroid problems is just like. A double whammy on your mental and physical health that completely torches you at times. It's just like. The worst. Even now when I am 200% better than I was 3 months ago I still have to rest so much. I ache so much. I still have troubles emotionally.
I Am over all getting so much better. And most days are overall positive. But the lows still crush me and I am still figuring so much shit out. Not having insurance sucks a lot in this country. I am struggling hard because of it.
