Lol I'm not going to get into an argument over semantics. They are being made to leave their home. Yes, it's legal. Most of the terrible things that landlords do are legal. But you're making it sound like they're being forced to leave so the landlord can hike up the rent and rent to a new person. Let's say you're on a monthly rental basis and your landlord says they they aren't renewing your lease because their son is graduating college and will be using the apartment while he save up for his own place. You're not getting "kicked out", you're just not having your rental agreement renewed. --- It takes zero effort to be a good person. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
