That specific rule in the post was definitely moddable back under the old moderation regime, but SBAllen explicitly relaxed the rules some years back - I know, because I was among a couple of people arguing it was a bad idea to him in the "request for comment"-esque thread he made announcing the plan and I clearly lost that fight - so it seems a little weird to me that that still qualifies as actionable.

Still, if that's the position the mod took I'd at least understand it. It's the stated reasoning Emerald was given by the mod that floors me because that is in no way or shape the rules AFAIK.

Given the context, I assume that Ulti either reported the post or complained to a mod privately about it. I guess theoretically someone could have reported it on his behalf but with the context of the explanation, seems unlikely.

Other board run contests have similar rules in place and have never run into this issue.
