Topic	High schools need to push trade schools, not college

I went to college, decided I wasn't comfortable with the amount of money it costs since I still wasn't 100% sure what I wanted to do. Drove a semi for a couple years to save up cash before going back for HVAC. I couldn't be happier. Currently making about 90k a year in a rural area where the average houshold income is about half of that, and I can comfortably get a job anywhere in the country. Working a blue collar job that is "below" so many people is going to allow me to retire with a lake house by the time I'm 50 assuming everything continues according to plan. <cite>dodgefan91 posted [p:976265568] in High schoo...
