The prep is the bitch. Its not as bad as it used to be, as instead of drinking the barium solution, you can drink certain colors of Gatorade with Miralax shook up in it. But you basically have to go on a restricted diet for a week, with a day or two of that being completely liquid, and youre going to be having diarrhea multiple times a day for part of that week.
