I caught a Scyther in the bug catching contest and added it to my team (it's making very good use of the newly buffed and Bug-type Cut) then I got the Eevee from Bill and bred it with a Snubbull so I could get a baby Eevee that inherited Charm. Gotta give it the Exp Share (which you get really early in this rom hack and is an absolute blessing to have) and get it caught up with the rest of my team.
