Topic	For those with social anxiety I wanted to offer some advice.

Social anxiety is similar. Telling someone to simply not care is just as useless, but elaborating on how other people, who are supposedly "normal", may have similar uncomfortable thoughts, along with bringing up how such a self centered view is remarkably close to arrogance, could help.
