Topic	For those with social anxiety I wanted to offer some advice.

It wasn't the only coping mechanism I relied on, but when I feel like I'm in a situation with other people and I feel my anxiety flaring up, I just think "nobody gives a shit" and that quiets my mind down quite a lot.
