It's just a really cool sleek design. andylt (15) - Chilling Neigh is a very funny ability name. Luster Soldier (22) - Another Ice type Pokemon with slow speed. Game Freak really seems to hate making fast Ice types. Inviso (48) - Why does GameFreak keep making slow as fuck Ice-types? They're never going to tank (outside of the new snow rules in Gen IX). This is such a massive step-down compared to Spectrier. Johnbobb (55) - https://imgur.com/XnHRWOT Bane_Of_Despair (57) - It's neat, I don't LOVE the ice spike sticking out on the very top of its head but the general ice covering it has is cool. It's a horse.
