not really. If it were about African nations going ham at each other, or like when there was an iran vs Irak war, people would have opinions, but never as strong as these.
I won't speak for others, but I'll speak for myself here.

An obscene amount of American tax dollars isn't going to an African country to fund their "righteous, holier-than-thou" war. With most tip toeing on eggshells to call out Israel's autrocities or just blatantly pretending Israel is doing no wrong.
Also another irritating thing is so many not wanting to acknowledge that regions 1000+ year old fight about 3 takes on the same God. Yet some want to act like this conflict is totally new thanks to only events from a century ago. While it's true the last century definitely made problems worse, the fighting in that area isn't brand new thanks to only WW1. So there's a lot of strong feelings about that region of the planet.

As for Iran and Iraq, there was definitely some strong feelings about our tax dollars going into fighting wars in those countries.
