17-year-old Ukrainian Bogdan Ermokhin, who in 2022 was taken from surrounded Mariupol by the Russian military along with 30 other children and placed under the guardianship of a Russian family, was given a summons to join the army. Bogdan received a summons to the military commissariat of the Moscow region on December 19, 2023, a month after he reaches adulthood. Lawyer Katerina Bobrovskaya, who represents the interests of Bogdan Ermokhin and his sister Valeria in Ukraine, reported this to Grata. I no longer have doubts about Russias plans. When Bogdan turns 18 in three weeks, he will already be an adult, and, most likely, he will be sent to serve in the Russian army, says lawyer Bobrovskaya.
