If you go to the Grand Chapel, where you fought Vicar Amelia, she will be waiting there to fight you. If you complete her quest line, this is where you would normally fight the Bloody Crow of Cainhurst. Bloody Crow, despite not even being a boss, is considered by lots of people to be one of the hardest bosses in Bloodborne.
