A 50% guaranteed death is pretty harsh for the merc. I was thinking something like "if Quicksilver is possessed or swaps teams for any reason, he'll appear as in Age of Ultron instead (like swapping companies) and will be guaranteed to die in the match" but the issue with that is 1. there aren't even many possession abilities in tv/movie mercs and 2.
