Perhaps even better in how they portrayed Clark Kent (specifically Clark, not other Kryptonians) is Smallville, but there was a big issue. Smallville Clark Kent was pretty cool at times, and has some incredible feats of his own (running to South America in seconds, and this was before he was even Superman. When he was season 10 Clark Kent, he was able to rush to Metropolis from Smallville in the time it took the globe on the top of the Daily Planet to reach like 1/2 to 3/4 of the way down iirc. When he was Superman, like literally right as he became Superman, he was able to knock a whole goddamn planet away from the Earth, and not look tired at all after doing it. My only problem with him is that all his fights were lame as they involved him throwing someone or some overused slo-mo.
