Small kids under a certain age shouldn't be allowed into R rated even with parents. Their psychological damage aside, they tend to ruin movies for everyone else there.

Sometimes when a movie is R it is 14A in Canada. I think it's 14A which means anyone under 14 can go in with an adult.

Dude. Hopefully it's just a nightmare and he's OK. I had much lighter stuff mess with me for a long time as a young kid.

Yeah they can be upset and scared by pretty mild things, this was in no way a mild thing for a little kid
