Agreed, forcing her would be additionally traumatic but frankly in this case I'd have no hesitation about having her anesthetized and the procedure done the moment they found out, telling her it was precautionary or whatever she needed to hear in order for a 12yo child to make sense of the horrific thing that was done to her. Unless you're willing to adopt her rape baby, you have no place suggesting that she could make an informed choice or that it shouldn't be done as the most humane thing for her and the child. --- Mod me?
