Topic	I have no idea what I'm supposed to do for work

At the last job offer I got, the woman who interviewed me refused to budge on a day for an interview, so I had to cancel a certification class I was taking to meet with her. I wound up getting that job, but she was the same one who bailed on me just a few weeks in. What if I get another prospective job offer from a company that's as stubborn as the last? And what if the place I'm working at won't give me a few hours to leave, clean up, and do my interview.
