Doesnt mean we should turn a blind eye when a cop guns down an unarmed black man, gets suspended with pay, tried, and ultimately cleared of any wrongdoing and set free... They suspend them with pay because they're investigating the issue. At that point, they don't know whether or not the person has done anything wrong so they can't exactly punish him for something he hasn't been proven to have done.
