You don't have to get mad, you literally just have to tell them you got billed twice, they'll check, see the mistake, and fix it. The person who takes your call is not going to be offended, upset, embarrassed, etc. They're just gonna help fix the mistake, cause it's their job. --- ***not actually a communist, only dirty on occasion ...
