they accidentally charged me twice and I just let it go cause I don't want to talk to them over the phone about it. that's the reason why my mom wants to get my mental health services, like I mentioned last week. if anyone ever wondered how shy I am, that's how shy. I would rather just pay money than have a confrontation with someone. the only time in my life where I ever argue is on here with faceless strangers. in real life, I never engage in any kind of aggression or assert myself.

I can barely even bring myself to argue anonymously.

But they're faceless over the phone! Call them up! You don't have to get mad, you literally just have to tell them you got billed twice, they'll check, see the mistake, and fix it. The person who takes your call is not going to be offended, upset, embarrassed, etc. They're just gonna help fix the mistake, cause it's their job.

tbh, they'd probably have you on hold for 2 hours, have some guy from India tell you there's nothing they can do for another 30 minutes and only give you your money back if you threaten to go on a murder spree.

I used to be like that when I was younger, like I didn't even like ordering pizza or going through a drive through. I've out grown that, actually one of my favorite things to do is call up dish just to bitch and get a discount.
