It's the only FF I haven't finished to this day. EDIT: You're definitely onto something about FFVI and FFIX though. I sat there for a good long time trying to decide between those two... and the rest weren't even close in my eyes. Worst plot twist ever, on top of just terrible characters and nonsense story not gonna defend everything (and yeah the orphanage was dumb), but i liked quistis and irvine, and nobody hates laguna and co, come the fuck on. I liked Laguna's battle theme music... but he was just every generic long-haired "cool" dude that we idolize 'til 18 (then deplore immediately after we outgrow our Catcher in the Rye phase)... and his crew is completely forgettable. --- After a decade, Nintendo has won me back!
