Assistance exercises are exercises that are secondary to the main lifts that are a part of your routine. I would add things like dips, dumbbell pressing, curls, etc. for 10+ reps to gain more mass while also upping your calories (and don't neglect cardio while doing this).


I mean I am already leaving the gym almost passing out. For dumbell presses should I do this in addition to my bench?
