I assume this is mostly metal covers of video game songs? I like video game music and metal, but "metal cover" video game music is so overdone and uninteresting to me. I'd be curious to see some that actually play around with the arrangement, but a lot of the ones I've seen/heard are just people playing a distorted guitar over the exact melody and adding a drum track that's way too loud. This is just stuff I've seen on YouTube, though, which obviously hasn't been around for 15 years so maybe people were more creative back then

For every one track that I have there's at least two I've turned down for quality. I'm very picky about what goes in my collection, and I get pickier as time goes on and I have more to choose from.

8 glorious gigabytes of music. I just started the download and I'm off to the gym. I'll check it out later.

I can't even remember how many songs were on the last version I downloaded (I have since lost the external drive I had it stored on), but looks like there's plenty of new stuff on here.

I just happened upon the review thread you made whilst Googling and it was... quite a while back.
