Topic	People keep telling me how much "freedom" getting a car would give me.

I felt the same way as an early adult When I finally got my license and a car in my early twenties though it made me realize how silly I had been and how much more I could do with the independence a vehicle provides. In my opinion it is worth the hassle. This. I also thought it was pointless to have a car and licence. Then my parents forced me to get the license and I realized how great it was to have it. I guess you can't understand how awesome it is until you get a licence yourself.
